Deceuninck – Brief history
The company Deceuninck was founded in 1937 by Benari Deceuninck, as a company which produced plastic buttons and buckles. In the 60s, the company completely changed its domain of activity, becoming an extruder of PVC profiles for blinds and then for joinery.
In 1988, the company Deceuninck Compound NV was founded, with the object of producing additives (compounds of PVC) in Diksmuide, Belgium.
In the year 2003, Deceuninck purchased the PVC profile extrusion division Thyssen Polymer from the group ThyssenKrupp, where Thyssen PVC profile systems were rebranded under the name of Inoutic. Inoutic PVC profiles are produced in the factory in Bogen, Germany, member of the Deceuninck group.
The Deceuninck Group is specialized in the design, production, extrusion and recycling of PVC profile systems. The Company is active in more than 32 countries, has 22 branches and 2,700 employees.
